Promed Models Treatment T&Cs
Please note these T&Cs are for MODELS ONLY who are interested in participating in our training sessions as models.
- All models must be over 18 years old and not be pregnant or breastfeeding. A complete medical history will be taken before any treatment is performed and all models should have informed written consent prior to being treated.
- Please be aware that you are acting as a model, individuals who are administering the procedure are being trained and are supervised by the professional trainer.
- Models are provided for the purpose of education and pay a highly discounted price for this reason. Multiple delegates will share the consultation and treatment plan for each model on the day of the training to reinforce team learning exercise and enable interactive practical session.
- Model treatments are performed for cosmetic reasons; therefore, results can only be assessed subjectively. Whilst we advise as to the probable result this should in no way be interpreted as a guarantee. Given the nature of the treating practitioners the results may not be the same as with a more experienced practitioner.
- Standard safe quantities of product will be used during training protocols.
- From time to time there might be some delays with your booking so kindly please bear this in mind.
- While every effort will be made to ensure all treatments provided by Promed Training LTD are of the highest standard your decision to undergo injectable treatments is your choice and you have not been forced to participate in a model program. Accordingly, Promed Training Ltd will not be held liable to any person with respect to any loss or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by having treatments provided by Promed Training Ltd students or trainers.
- With all the injectable treatments there can be potentially side effects and complications and you must be aware of these potential complications. We cannot provide consultations for models with complications unless the issue is an infection which rarely occurs.
- Promed Training Ltd waivers any responsibility should any problem occur as all treatments are carried out by a student under supervision of a professional.
- If you are concerned about any excessive or adverse reaction to any treatment received please contact us on WhatsApp 07425932356 and email photographs, video to info@promedtraining.uk in order for the trainers to see the problem visually.
- Before and after photographs will be taken for our records and these may be used for training marketing, social media and research purposes. We cannot provide copies of these and if you require before and after photographs, it is recommended you take your own for your records and please date stamp them.
- Please allow 14 days for both dermal filler and anti-wrinkle treatments to fully settle. If you have any concerns after this period, feel free to email us with a clear photograph of the treated area. One of our aesthetic trainers will review the image and provide advice and recommendations.
- Please note: the window to request a review for a potential anti-wrinkle ‘top-up’ is between 14 and 18 days post treatment. Your potential review appointment will be scheduled during the next training session for the relevant treatment and will be performed by a student under supervision.
- If a correction is necessary then this will be offered, if the outcome of the treatment is satisfactory and is a case of a more product required for the individual patient then a charge will be made for the additional product. Any top ups requests are chargeable at normal model price.
- If you decide to cancel any model treatment that you have booked in as a model, we do not offer refunds.
- If we must cancel any model treatment due to any event beyond our control, we will offer the opportunity to reschedule your model booking to a later date. In such circumstances any requests to cancel a treatment would be covered under our usual cancellation terms.
- We do not accept any liability for the cost of any travel expenses or other costs incurred by models to attend the appointment.
- Model treatment bookings are secured with a £30 non – refundable deposit payment. Once we have confirmed your visit, kindly make a payment via website https://www.promedtraining.uk/models/ or make a transfer to the following account: Starling Bank , Promed Training Ltd, Account number: 24824816, Sort Code 608371. The remaining balance is to be paid on a day in cash or bank transfer.
