Biofiller is an advanced plasmotherapy treatment, which uses own body’s blood to make a plasma gel similar to widely used dermal fillers. Biofiller is made by extracting plasma from blood sample and in particular platelet poor plasma part, processing according to specialised protocols. How does the treatment look like?
During the appointment we will take a sample of patient’s blood which is then centrifuged, filtered and processed to create Bio Filler. It will be injected to treat wrinkles and lines and to lift and rejuvenate areas that have suffered volume loss. This treatment also achieves biostimulation with stem cells and growth factors producing collagen. The first results are visible immediately and effects of the neocollagenesis production can be seen after a couple of weeks. After a couple of months the plasma gel is naturally and completely absorbed in the treated area.
How is it different to synthetic Dermal Fillers?
Bio Filler is made from your own blood, making it a natural and regenerative option that promotes collagen production and tissue repair while providing volume and lift effects.
Does it hurt?
There can be some minor discomfort of a few minor injections, but otherwise the treatment is completely non invasive and pain free. There is also virtually no risk of side effects because the procedure is autologous.
How many sessions are needed?

Aftercare
- After treatment slight redness,swelling,itching and some tenderness at the site of the injections may occur. This is normal and will generally disappear over the next 24-48 hours
- Keep well hydrated (2-3 litres of water) for the next 3 days
- Avoid alcohol 24 hours after treatment
- Avoid touching the treated area for at least 4 hours
- After this the face can be lightly cleansed and make up applied lightly and gently (preferably mineral make up)
- Avoid exercise for 24 hours
- Avoid direct sunlight and wear recommended SPF
- Avoid sunbeds, saunas and steam rooms for 48 hours
