Polynucleotides training Course is a full day course for aesthetic practitioners looking specifically to train in Polynucleotides – the latest revolutionary tool in regenerative medicine that works on a cellular level to repair tissue and boost skin quality in both the face and body.

What are polynucleotides and how do they work?
Polynucleotides (also called PDRN – polydeoxyribonucleotides) are highly purified DNA fragments derived from salmon or trout DNA. When injected into the skin, they stimulate fibroblast activity, accelerate cell turnover, boost collagen and elastin production, and improve hydration. Unlike fillers, they do not add volume. They repair and regenerate skin at a cellular level, making them ideal for skin quality improvement, dark under-eye circles, acne scarring, and skin laxity.
Who can attend the polynucleotides training course?
This course is open to doctors, dentists, nurses, and cosmetologists, as well as students holding a minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or Level 3 & 4 Anatomy and Physiology. Students who have completed Mesotherapy training are also eligible. Eligibility is confirmed prior to booking.
Do I need prior injection experience to attend?
Some prior injection or aesthetic treatment experience is recommended. Students who have completed our Mesotherapy course or hold a relevant medical or beauty qualification are well-prepared for this training. If you are unsure whether you qualify, contact us before booking and we will advise you directly.
What polynucleotide products will I use during training?
You will receive hands-on experience with three leading polynucleotide products: Plinest, Vitaran, and Nucleofill. You will learn how each product differs in concentration and indication, and how to select the right option for different client needs and treatment areas.
Which areas of the face and body does this course cover?
The course focuses on polynucleotide injections for the under-eye area, face, neck, and chest. You will learn specific injection techniques and treatment protocols for each zone, including depth, placement, and dosing.
Are live models provided on the day?
Yes. Promed Training guarantees live models for every practical session. You will not be practising on peers or mannequins — you will treat real clients under direct supervision, giving you genuine clinical confidence from your very first session.
How large are the training groups?
Groups are kept to a maximum of 1-2 delegates. This small group structure ensures you receive individual attention from your trainer throughout the day, significantly more hands-on time than larger group courses, and direct feedback on your technique.
What certificate will I receive?
On successful completion of the course you will receive a CPD-accredited certificate in Polynucleotides Training. This certificate is recognised within the UK aesthetics industry and can be used for insurance purposes with major aesthetic insurance providers.
